Dr. Matt Williams is a Professor and Chair of New Testament as well as Director of BA and MA programs at Biola University. He obtained a Ph.D of Theological Studies from Trinity International University, an M.Div from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Illinois. Prior to coming to Biola, Williams served as a missionary in Spain for 6 years. He has taught at various schools and preached at many conferences and churches. Williams is very passionate about missions and seeing the Gospel reach the nations.
